Any imperfections are purely cosmetic and can range from micro scratches and light scuffs to more visible marks, or discolouration to paint finishes and surfaces.
We offer FREE delivery on all products. Orders placed before the country-specific cut-off time (see below) on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Returns & Warranty
30-day free returns
All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take up to 5 working days after we receive the order.
12-month warranty
All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.

Every device has been fully tested by our experts on Loop, including a 75-point quality check to validate everything is 100% functional. Works as well as a new device.
Appearance: The device will show signs of use. The casing might have some small scratches or minor dents, but these do not impact functionality. Devices may have faint marks visible on the screen when the display is lit.
Functionality: Fully operational. Battery health is at least 80%, providing reliable performance for everyday tasks. Every device is thoroughly inspected, tested, and cleaned according to Loop’s 75-point check.
Appearance: The device will show minor signs of use. The casing may show faint micro-scratches that are hardly noticeable. The screen will be free of any major scratches, but may have some minor marks visible with the display off.
Functionality: Completely functional. Battery capacity is no less than 80%, ensuring solid performance for typical daily use. All devices are thoroughly inspected, tested, and cleaned according to Loop’s 75-point check.
Appearance: The device will show virtually no signs of use. The casing might have extremely light micro-scratches. The screen may have some very light micro-scratches, but these will not impact daily use.

Appearance:Looks brand new. Both the body and screen are pristine, showing no visible use. Premium models may be lightly handled or come from open-box returns.
