Refund policy

All our products can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.

  • In some regions, you may also be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. After the device is received in our warehouse, our team will perform a series of tests to confirm the eligibility for refund or exchange. If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important notes:

  • Devices that are password-locked or iCloud-locked are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the owner at their own cost.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Tempered glass screen protectors

    • Smartphone cases

    • Consumables (e.g., cables, wires, plugs)

    • Gift cards
