All our products can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
It must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
In some regions, you may also be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. After the device is received in our warehouse, our team will perform a series of tests to confirm the eligibility for refund or exchange. If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Devices that are password-locked or iCloud-locked are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the owner at their own cost.
