Shipping policy

We offer FREE delivery on all products. Orders placed before the country-specific cut-off time (see below) on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Delivery times and couriers vary by location and product type:

Australia

  • All products shipped via Australia Post (1-2 days, depending on location; longer for WA/rural areas)

France, Germany, Ireland and Spain

  • DHL Express for main devices (1-2 days)
  • DHL Economy for accessories (2-3 days)

United Kingdom

  • DPD for main devices (1-2 days)
  • Royal Mail for accessories (2-3 days)

United States

  • FedEx 2nd Day for main devices (2-3 days for phones/tablets, 3-5 days for MacBooks)
  • USPS for accessories (4-5 days)
  • Signature required for FedEx deliveries
  • PO Box delivery not available - physical address required
