  • All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
  • For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 5 working days after we receive the order.

How will my device be protected during the shipment?

All our refurbished devices are shipped in their Loop-Mobile packaging. We quality check our packaging to offer great protection to your device in transit.

What accessories come with my device?

All our refurbished devices come with accessories including a charging cable. These are compatible but not original to the manufacturer equipment.

What are our Grades?

Our grades correspond to the state of external wear of our refurbished products. We have created a simplified and clear cosmetic classification system that precisely defines the grade of each device:

Excellent - body may have very light micro-scratches which you wouldn’t see with normal use.

Good - body will have some light scratches, or it might have a small dent, nothing that a case can't hide.

Fair - body will have some slightly deeper scratches, or it might have a dent or two.

What is the battery health of my device?

All our devices undergo rigorous quality checks to make sure that they’re in top condition. When it comes to the battery, we make sure that these provide at least 80% of their initial charging capacity. We also offer devices with a New Battery – providing 100% battery health – if you need additional peace of mind, or you can opt for an Enhanced Battery – providing 90% battery health that surpasses the industry standard.

What is the warranty?

All our refurbished products have a 12-month warranty that covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders received before 1pm are shipped on the same day - You’ll receive your order before you know it! We use courier tracking numbers for every order, you will be able to follow your package from shipment to your door.
