30-day free returns
All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 5 working days after we receive the order.
All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
